yep!! I prefer to sell my TV or my car before selling my MSXs
What defines an MSXer? Knowing what your MSX collection is worth and still not selling it?
Than you'r not a real freak.
I guess that's right.
I'll take it as a compliment too.
@manual: cool you still recognise us from our Noise Snatcher project. Jacques has finished his education. Me too. Jacques is currently working as a consultant in the computer network bussiness. I'm working as a electronics-teacher at a VMBO school around here, and doing some computer stuff there ofcourse. Actually we quit our MSX hobby a few years ago. Jacques has already sold everything. My stuff was still standing on the attick. So I decided to sell it too.
@legacy: I guess you're right. I'm not a big msx freak anymore. Therefore it's a good idea to sell my stuff and make other people happy with it. Other hobbies, real life and a girlfriend takes too much time away. So you have to make your decisions... I made mine.
@everybody: The price seems to be very high. But if you count everything together it isn't too high as HansO already mentioned. But if someone is really interested in buying everything at once. You can e-mail me and we can negotiate about a price we are both happy with. -->kreeftenheide@hotmail.com
greetings,
Mark
Mark, don't forget: NLMSX will save the world!
Seriously, we've seen it many times. Former MSX-regulars quit their hobby and turn in later again, by using emulators. Usually then they pity the fact that they sold their MSXes, or feel ashamed about it. Well, I guess one can do a lot with emulation.
Anyhoo, good luck with your new hobby and all
Mark: still remember Martin Krooshof? He's also on this forum... I saw his name mentioned in the readme of Noise Snatcher. When I told him he was quite surprised... BUt then he remembered again: ah yeah, those guys from Siebengewald!
Very funny, since I've known Martin for about 8 years now and Eric (AuroraMSX on this forum) even a lot longer. And we all live in Nijmegen... Well, lived, Eric is moving to Munich as we speak. But we had lots of fun here.
Mark, I even remembered mailing with you and Jacques a few years ago. Didn't Jacques work at Oce or so? (I still do.)

hey, I know all about it...those msx'es I have now aren't the ones I used to have. But still... those prices....
I have GFX9000, Evo4 slotexpander, TurboR GT, philips music module with 256K, 4MB memory mapper, SCSI controller and much more.
From all you listed I am only interested in MoonSound.
Let me know if you want to sell it separately. If it's in good condition and works fine, I'll pay a good price for it.
Let me know if you are interested: aoboroc@hotmail.com
@manuel: I remember your mails a few years ago too.. I think I was selling my stuff already by then.. Those mails were also about it I remember.. I remember Martin Krooshof too.. actually he mailed me a few days ago, and I mailed him back ofcourse.. He mentioned the Noise Snatcher incident too. very funny indeed. Jacques worked at Oce a few years ago. I think it was for school at that time. Now he is working at www.atconsultancy.nl in Nijmegen.
By the way, are there still MSX computer meetings at Villa Nova in Nijmegen these days?? We met Martin on one of those meetings I remember. Years and years ago...
sigh, those reviews, sometimes I'm thinking to write my memoirs, sigh.
