After all the topics here I've waited for quite some years until I dared ordering a cf interface... Payed on a sunday and received two days later... I was happy... An aftersales question was replied the same night...
I did know they were in stock. Otherwise I hadn't ordered...

Got no negative experiences with them, but it's sad to read a lot of other people do...

Also got no negative experiences. Also the mailreplies were very fast(1 day). I'm talking about 5 years ago orso.

Hmmm. Could the language be the barrier here? I hear good respones from Dutch users and negative responses from foreign (Hispanic?) users.

Perhaps a lot of context is lost in the translation of the communication.

I also never had any issues with Sunrise. But I always try to visit them on a fair if possible.

I only hope that Sunrise understand those justified complaints and don't feel so criticized. In my opinion no need any special action just improve communication&service with us. Let's fix it together, we need them this is a reality.

I am from Spain and I have bought from Sunrise three-four times without problems... well, sometimes I got a little delayed answer but, in my case, all went more or less right and the games or hardware received was ok too. 
Talking about the other people´s cases I think we can´t justify the behavior of Sunrise with language barrier, time or something like this because he must respond to his business. And we know it is not just business, it is hobby too. He must to take care of his costumers but we can try to understand his situation or be more flexible, because we are a little MSX family (not just business) and maybe he is not passing good time... just guessing! Well, if he does those things without a reason then there is a problem.
And I know, all for me went right, it is more easy for me talking the good things! Smile

I can say the same. Ordered CF interface and received in 3 days in July, when in Italy is almost drama time for holidays incoming.

Finally got reply, it was shipped on 16/01, but only got reply today telling me about the shipping. o.O

They need to check a lot more often the e-mails.

To Brazil it will takes 20~40 days to arrieve (a local problem). Evil

Now the 15 months story was too much.  Just WOW !

I just bought a Manbow 2 copy and they deliver it to me as authentic crap...

So I won't ever buy any MSX product from Sunrise...
