Looks a bit fishy. The corners of the label aren't evenly rounded. And for it not even being anything like a game, it's slightly steep priced

That cartridge is legit. I have the same cartridge and it looks like mine, only difference is that mine doesn't have the label with the name.

This is not a fraud, but could be considered as selling the copyrighted items without permission. However this guy makes the menu software and hardware/cases himself. So he may not be charging anything for the copyrighted material. But I am still not sure how legal the whole thing is...

It’s not legal in any way. Charging or not charging doesn’t matter, nor does adding menu software.

Of course, whether anyone really cares (or should care) is a different matter. I don’t, in this case, it’s games on a cartridge for a system that the manufacturers haven’t supported anymore for decades. If he were to put those games on say Steam, probably it would be a different matter. Though I wonder why one wouldn’t just download the ROMs and play those games on a MegaFlashROM for free…

Yes, it is. All those three are in Ebay at the moment for 6500e/piece.
