Looks like the Moonblaster font... I used that font, just for fun, in the 90s as well... iirc I got it from a BBS... Can't say it looks bad 
So you noticed! Yup it's the Moonblaster font, I'm using as MSX-DOS font through the program PATTERN 2.0 (made in 1993 by... ¿"Bloody Bert"?). I have a good set of fonts and I really like the Moonblaster one
