MGSV : TPP Lost Cassette Tape, can it run on an MSX?

All I have is my bitcorder, my MSX was taken by my brother cause he thought it would be cool to dismantle and reassamble, I blame myself.

This is comming in the mail soon, I was curious if there was a way to tell if it has MSX data on it? From what I remember and Im probley wrong, at the end of Metal Gear 2 Solid Snake they talk about the film looking different then they relize its an MSX data cassette. Is it possible with this? Sorry for my lack of understanding, im actually really getting into all this MSX culture. :D

I think you can just connect your bitcorder to computer audio in, having proper cable. And then record the audio to .wav file and use it with emulator, like that.

I never thought of that, thanks man i appericate it. I didnt think to even try to hook it up to a computer.

Yeah, digitize it and analyse it...

But what is this stuff anyway? You can order it? Where? Why?

Also, what are you quoting about the film being different? I don't remember that, can you point me to a gameplay video that shows that part?

@ Manuel: In the MSX version, they are unsure what to do with Kio Marv's cartridge. Holly White suggests to just open it, but then Snake just knows it's an MSX cartridge, and Roy Campbell realizes he has an one of those just standing there.

In the remake, the conversation is roughly the same, but here, it's even more without doubt that there's, ofcourse, an MSX machine present.
