For sale: Yamaha MSX2+ YIS503IIIR with original modules and 3 cartridges

I am selling my Yamaha MSX2 YIS503IIIR that was upgraded to MSX2+ to the highest bidder. The computer is in good working condition. The computer has NO DISK DRIVE! Yamaha never made MSX2+ computers, so this one is quite unique. The original computer has the following improvements:

- Yamaha 9958 VDP
- MSX2+ BIOS and Basic 3.0
- 1mb of RAM with mapper
- New video board with S-Video and improved composite video outputs as well as standard RGB
- FMPAC sound board (no SRAM option, sorry)
- F4 port for cold/warm start (built on FMPAC board)

Separately included are:

- Original 128kb RAM module
- Original video board
- Original network module (we will make a clone of SFG module to replace it soon)

Included are 2 cartridges with 512kb FlashROM chips with Konami and ASCII 8/16 bit mappers. The games can be uploaded to these cartridges directly from MSX (disk controller is needed to boot to DOS). Also included is a simple game cartridge for 8-49kb games. Its EPROM can be programmed with any ROM programmer after erasing the chip with UV.

Starting price: 299 euros. Shipment is not included and is paid separately by the buyer. Consider paying at least 30-40 euros for the insured shipment. I accept Paypal and SEPA transfer. Pictures of the machine are here:

Unfortunately the buyer withdrew from the deal, so this computer is available for sale again.

So for 299 euros you will get:

- MSX2+ computer with a network module (Yamaha's own network), 1mb of RAM, FMPAC and an improved video module
- 3 cartridges including 2 flashROM based cartridges (this is not MegaFlashROM!) with Konami and Ascii mappers
- old video module and old RAM module (128kb)

Shipment with DHL costs 21 euros including 500 euro insurance. Local pick up is also possible.

There are only 3 of those computers in EU and one is already sold! I keep one for myself and the last one is here for sale. Hurry up because there won't be any new ones available again!

One clamp is broken, fixing it is not possible because the plastic is too thin to handle the load. But the case has 3 more clamps, so it closes properly. If for someone this is an issue, I can reduce the price a bit.

This is the last converted Yamaha MSX2+ that will be possibly sold in EU, so if you want it in your collection, be first to contact me!
