House Inspector MSX version

While searching for MSX stuff, I stumbled upon a 45rpm vinyl single : "House Inspector" by Mac Sample.

It's a New Beat track, dating back from 1987/1988.
I remember that track because I liked it at the time (yeah, I know :) )
But I never saw the actual 45rpm vinyl single.
The interesting stuff is on the B side : "House Inspector MSX version" ... Really ?!

It does not seem to be MSX related, however, unless it's a private joke by the author.
