I just spoke with GuyveR800 (the creator of tniASM):There are no problem with tniASM regarding file sizes, no problem with 64K, and no problem with creating files
It supports files up to 2GB

There have been numerous projects created in tniasm that are >64K, so there is nothing holding you back here. Some games were 512KB or even multiple MBs.

Don't forget that there are always alternative free and open source assemblers out there.

Ofcourse there are different alternatives and everyone is free to choose whatever software he uses, but in this particular case changing assembler wont help since it looks to be an user error. Its like telling someone to buy another bike because he keeps crashing into a tree but the problem isnt the bike but the driver going too fast Big smile
