Greetings to all!
I've recently started to use openMSX and found it extremely interesting.
I tried running ROM files using "> carta FILE.rom", for example, and it worked as long as the FILE.rom is in the same directory.
I have an old openMSX version 0.8.1, which is present only as an executable file on my HDD. I can't figure out the directory structure! (I need the directory structure to set the machines and save .WAV music files, etc.)
I don't know how/where to find the extensions and the machines, nor where to put my ROMs as default sub-directory (btw, the new version simply craches and never runs on my machine --but this is another issue: I've MAC OS X version 10.6.8 on a 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo / 4GB RAM)
any ideas? any questions (so that I can elaborate more on my situation)?
