Sunrise IDE BIOS - help please!

Hi ! I am a new user but a old msx fan....I bought a SUNRISE IDE interface but i have a problem...MSX DOS2 kernel is not present on my FLASHROM....It worked for 20 minutes and now after i tryed to install a IDE HD DOS is not present on my flahrom....A mysterious case but i dont know how i have to do....I have a eeprom programmer and i readed my flashrom and DOS2 Kernel isnt on my flash anymore. I am stupid 'couse I didnt do a backup of working content ...SOMEONE COULD HELP ME ? SOMEONE Have a good complete 512k bios file(not upgrade)?

You can get the latest, working, BIOS for the Sunrise IDE interface in the downloads section of the Sunrise website.

You don't even need eeprom programmer. Just use the flash program available at the Sunrise page...

problem solved......
My shit megaram is died so at boot msx will give me 1088kb but i have only 64kb!!!!!!!!
mah!!!!!!!
Someone know wher to buy a good 1mb or 512kb external ram expansion?

it would be wise to buy a external memory mapper indeed you got 2 choices...... wait until duma's is there its a usb device+a memory mapper if im right..... or you could buy a mapper from padial hardware.......

Japanretro - I had a megaRAM, the pins didn't alway align correctly. Try putting it in a different slot maybe?

A megaRAM is a different device to a mapper, and will not show up on a MSX boot screen, you need to use a program like testRAM to detect a megaRAM

This megaram is from gilberto ....Is really poor handmade and it worked bad from the first day...I will buy a lpadial if him answer to may mails....
