I'd love to see some news from the team ...

Yes, they have updated web pages, and published videos, but any update about the progress? I'd expect some additional delays, due this terrible corona situation. I hope they are well and won't get infected.

I am very sorry, excuse me if I am not very aware of what is discussed in the forum. I have just enough time to answer emails and post a tweet or video. As for COVID, the whole team is fine. Thanks for asking.
Production has been stopped for a few weeks. This week the Spanish companies could start to work again, with restrictions but not stopped. We hope the infected number not grow up again because we will have new restrictions in the production again, so, we will see how it is the evolution in the next 10-15 days.
MSXVR production has not been stopped .. we have been advancing in software + documentation and with the last revision of the mother board (we are testing and deciding about RPI3B+ or 4B) .. we were waiting for the final case injected plastics just before the COVID restrictions began .. I hope to have news again this week because the steel molds are finished and we only need to confirm that all assemble correctly to start the massive production. So well .. we are near .. every day nearest to reach the goal .. the COVID has been like a big "touching balls" but well .. COVID-19 will finish soon .. Cheer up everyone!! and thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Summary of tonight's live streaming with Alberto on Twitch:

Over 430 units sold as of today (500 will be produced)
Delivery will begin in September (COVID-19 has hit the supply of some components)
The HW is completed
Raspberry Pi 3B+ or 4? The MSXVR Team will decide during the next week which one will be included
No MSXVR "light" version without keyboard will be offered (see first prototypes)

Can't wait to get mine!

Last Friday night Alberto told us (YouTube live streaming) that the extras for the already ordered computers (slot covers, Sony styled cursors,...) should be ordered through the MSXVR website before the end of this month (June 30th, 2020). Keep that date in mind.
