How to record a played game? (Question)

Hi all, I use blueMSX and I need to know how to record an audio in .MP3 format? and how to record a video of the played game in any format?

In fact, the folder "blueMSX" on my PC doesn't contain an "Audio" folder to save the recorded audio.

Hi ashry, recording options are under the "File" menu.

Ofcourse blueMSX doesn't make MP3's of the sound but .wav's which are stored in a folder named "audio capture".

Video footage can be saved to any folder by your choice.

The blueMSX version I've doesn't create the "audio capture" folder on my PC as indicated in the help (I don't know why).
When I try to create a folder with this name by myself, it doesn't record it too. (the version of blueMSX I've is 2.4)

If this is doable using openMSX, let me know how, since I don't use openMSX, but I've it and I can install it.

Why don't you install the latest version of blueMSX? That should work a lot better.

Thank you for the hint... it worked now.
The downloadable blueMSX version works fine, and records both audio and video correctly.

openMSX's recording feature works like a charm. My main problem was converting the ZMBV video codec to other more compatible, but it looks like the new Windows Movie Maker can do the job. This video was recorded with openMSX 0.7.2 x64 for Windows.
