Question about the SCART connector

5V=16:9
12V=4:3
Then, I wonder: is this aspect ratio selection really honored by TVs and monitors or it never caught up? ...

The MSX1 standard allowed machines to have only one joystick port. But are there any real machines built with a single joystick port out there?
See See http://www.msx.org/forum/msx-talk/hardware/msx-machines-0-or... for an existing topic on this.
