if A0 is missing for Extended VRAM... I know in Screen 7 to 12, A0=0 become CAS1 and A0=1 become CAS2 signal... but both (A0=0 and A0=1) become CASX when dealing with Extended VRAM).

For use 3D on MSX2/2+, I think that someone only need a additional graphic cartridge like the Graphics9000.
If someone could develop a dual JPEG or GIF viewer it would be possible to just mix the two video outputs!

The MSX standard conceived the max of 64KB of memory in each sub-slot.
This would mean a max of 1MB memory (4 primary slots each of them expanded into 4 slots, total 16 slots!).
16*64 = 1024KB.
