Slot View by MarMSX
A new utility by the name of Slot View 1 has been released by MarMSX. This utility visualizes all 16 primary slot pages and 64 pages between the primary and all secondary slots.
The program is designed to work on any MSX computer.
Konamiman has released two new networking applications that will be useful for those willing to transfer data between a MSX with a network card and a more modern computer:
- ObsoSMB is an SMB server that will expose the MSX disk drives as shared folders to machines running Microsoft Windows.
- ObsoFTP will turn your MSX into a FTP server.

Snail Maze - Finished
While the MSXdev'04 competition is about to close, Robsy has finished his demonstrational entry to this programming contest, Snail Maze, of which a beta version was released 6 months ago. The game is a port of game Snail Maze, which is hidden in the BIOS of all Sega Master System consoles.
Strafefox released another video review of an MSX classic: Konami's Snatcher.
Another game has joined the MSXdev'05 contest and it is already a finished project: Snoopy Town, by Andrea Gasparini. It can be found at the MSXdev'05 status page.
Snow fighters
Slotman of MSX Files prepared a nice christmas gift for the MSX Community. On his site, you can download the game Snow Fighters. Although there's no music and a few bugs, it's really funny to play. The objective of the game is to throw snowballs at your opponent.
