Spelunkers
Japanese MSX developer Hackwrench has presented the community with a fresh piece of sofware which, concerning gameplay, very much resembles IREM's classic Spelunker.
Split it 1.0
Teambomba programmer msd has just released a small DOS2 utility called Split it. With Split it it's possible to extract disk images from a concatenated disk image. A simple example would be a multi-disk game and a relevant savegame disk all concatenated into one.

In 1991 ANMA released Squeek, The Story of a Ninny. It was a Dutch homebrew game somewhat like Konami's Penguin Adventure. Squeek marked the start of a slew of games by ANMA, a duo which is perhaps even more known for their demos. It also was an MSX1 game in a time when MSX2 ruled the waves, which was quite a difference compared to recent times.
SRAMLOAD 1.0
Adriano da Cunha has re-released a small utility he created some years ago to load 16k/32k ROMs into SRAM (or RAM) cartridges. SRAMLOAD has a number of features, allowing you to load ROMs at adresses 0000, 4000, 8000 or C000 and verfifying that they were written correctly.
