M.A. Software have released a remake of Dinamic's Abu Simbel Profanation. This deluxe version of the remake is a follow-up of the 'ordinary' remake they previously released. The remakes are available in JAVA and Win32 code.

Earlier this week we reported about Abu Simbel Proganation deluxe, a new remake of the Spanish MSX game Abu Simbel Profanation.

Eduardo Mello is a Brazilian programmer fascinated by both ColecoVision and Konami MSX games. This is the reason why he is currently porting Konami MSX games to ColecoVision, which is a real challenge because the ColecoVision console has less RAM than MSX1 computers. Alien 8 MSX2 remake

Manuel Pazos (Guillian) has made an MSX2 remake of the classic game Alien 8, released by Ultimate Play the Game in 1985.

The MITS Altair 8800 was announced on the January 1975 cover of Popular Electronics, which boasted you could buy and build this powerful computer kit for only $397. Thousands were ordered within the first few months after the announcement, starting the personal computer revolution as we know it today.

In Japan, Amusement Center rereleases classic Japanese retro software for PC.

Ancient FM Soundcard for PC

Kurusugawa Electronics are developing a soundcard with ancient Yamaha FM sound chips. The Romeo soundcard features the YMF288 (OPL3) sound chip and the YAC513 D/A convertor (as used on the MoonSound cartridge).
