CALL TDIAL in NewModem Basic

Effect

Calls a specific phone number via tone-dial.

This instruction can only be used in a Terminal program.

Syntax

CALL TDIAL(<string variable>),<variable>

Parameters

<string variable> stores the phone number to be called.

Permitted input: 0123456789-AaBbCcDd*# (- corresponds to 1 second of waiting time).

<variable> stores a control code:

  • if value=0 then input was correct
  • if value=1 then input was not correct
