Description

The I-O Data VA BOX 2 was sold in Japan. It allows to connect a MSX with a composite video (RCA) or S-Video ouput to a VGA monitor.

Tested with several Japanese MSXs (MSX1, MSX2 and Turbo R). The picture is quite blurry when using the composite video signal (hard to read in 80 colunms mode). It is almost clear with the S-Video signal.

A button switches the signal Composite, S-Video or VGA.

It needs an AC adapter 12V. (included)
