The HB-T600 was aimed at the Japanese market and sold to investors as stock trading terminal. A stock trading application was provided on disk.

It's a MSX2 computer with a specific separate keypad, conceived to make easy and fast data communication. However, this keypad can be replaced by the classical Sony keyboard from the HB-F500, HB-F700, HB-F900 and HB-G900 machines.

The built-in firmware of this Communication Terminal can be launched with CALL TELCOM or _TELCOM. It's the same firmware as on the HB-T7.
