Victor BASIC is an extension available on the following Victor computers:

Instructions

Victor BASIC adds 18 new instructions on the HC-7 computer. Only the five SUPER0-4 instructions are available on the HC-90/95 machines.

Note: CALL can be replaced by the character underscore (_). A space is not required after this character. See CALL for more info.

CALL CALLOFF MSX1 Disables HC-7 monitor
CALL CALLON MSX1 Enables HC-7 monitor
CALL HCMENU MSX1 Launches the HC-7 printer select screen
CALL HCOPY1 MSX1 Prints a hardcopy of the screen - mode 1 (only on HC-7)
CALL HCOPY2 MSX1 Prints a hardcopy of the screen - mode 2 (only on HC-7)
CALL HCOPY3 MSX1 Prints a hardcopy of the screen - mode 3 (only on HC-7)
CALL HCOPY4 MSX1 Prints a hardcopy of the screen - mode 4 (only on HC-7)
CALL JLOAD MSX1 Loads a picture from tape or disk (*)
CALL JSAVE MSX1 Saves a picture to tape or disk (*)
CALL MNDEM MSX1 Launches the HC-7 monitor demo (if monitor is enabled)
CALL MON MSX1 Launches the HC-7 monitor (when enabled)
CALL SUPER0 MSX1 Sets the computer in superimposing mode 0 (**)
CALL SUPER1 MSX1 Sets the computer in superimposing mode 1 (**)
CALL SUPER2 MSX1 Sets the computer in superimposing mode 2 (**)
CALL SUPER3 MSX1 Sets the computer in superimposing mode 3 (**)
CALL SUPER4 MSX1 Sets the computer in superimposing mode 4 (**)
CALL SUPEROFF MSX1 Disables HC-7 superimposing features
CALL SUPERON MSX1 Enables HC-7 superimposing features

(*) Can't be used outside the Tiny Joygraph application of HC-7 computer
(**) On HC-7, it will work only if the superimposing features are enabled
